The building with columns stands out in the architectural ensemble of the town center. Before the 1917 Revolution it housed the “Express” cinema and later, in the Soviet times, the “Udarnik” cinema was established there. In 1992, after some reconstruction, a Children’s Arts School, named after L. Sokolova, was opened.
