The burial place of the soldiers who perished in the Great Patriotic War is a hill in the old town cemetery in the center of which there is a stele raising above the pedestal with the model of the Order of the Great Patriotic War. The 7-meter high stele is crowned with a bronze star. Behind the stele there is a wall of marble plaques, where the names of 1333 people are engraved.
